Miximizer does not stay on

We recently had the manifolds for our radiant system replaced. This is a weekend house in the Northeast, so we use remote thermostats to turn on the radiant about 24 hours prior to our arrival. Now the house will not heat up. The call for heat comes through, the boiler turns on, the Miximizer starts and then in a few minutes, the whole thing shuts down. Of note, due to our own negligence, we allowed our propane tank to go to empty while out of the country. There were no frozen pipes, but the system hasn't worked well since then.
Why doesn't the call for heat stay on?
