Room way too hot! How do I turn radiator down/off?

Hey guys, my room is way too hot.
How do I turn down my radiator? Or turn it off?

You mean the one closest to the camera?0 -
Or, simply throw a real thick blanket on it until they get the valves fixed. Looks like a hot water radiator to me (I see PEX connections...)
