Room way too hot! How do I turn radiator down/off?

Hey guys, my room is way too hot.

How do I turn down my radiator? Or turn it off?

    if those valves still work turn the one by the radiator down alittle

    You mean the one closest to the camera?

    Or, simply throw a real thick blanket on it until they get the valves fixed. Looks like a hot water radiator to me (I see PEX connections...)

    or replace the supply valve with a straight thermostatic valve body and head.
