Radiator Valve ID & Repacking?

These are on a two pipe vapor system. Theses a square shaft that inserts into the top of the valve stem which connects to a handle built into the wood cover above the radiator that isn't pictured.
Most of the traps near the boiler are Webster, I'll be back at the jobsite tomorrow and see if I can find any markings on the valve itself.
Looking for any information on these valves or if anyone has some experience repacking one?
TIA

The Webster valves that we have worked on (and that looks like a Webster/Sylphon valve), are so far proving not to be easily rebuildable. At least by any technique we are aware of.
A solution to consider is to replace the valve with a thermostatic radiator valve and to install a valve actuator with a remote dial and a remote sense bulb. Try to mount the adjusting knob in place of the old knob and put the remote sense bulb... somewhere that doesn't get too hot.All Steamed Up, Inc.
