Weil-Mclain Manifold Retrofit

We have a customer that in early 2000's had new house built and they installed Weil-Mclain I believe it was called AlumiPex in the basement concrete floor and have a couple of their manifolds. One of them is cracked and I'm hearing they went out of production years ago. My supplier has quoted me new Roth manifolds but is unsure whether the existing fittings will thread onto the manifold. Looking for direction on best way to retrofit this situation before I tear into and then can't rehook the existing infloor piping properly. Ideas?

I regularly interchanged WM's Alumi-Pex fittings and what was then Wirsbo's PAP fittings back in the day. They weren't called MLC back then.
