Hello Guys please take a look at the attached link and see if you think that the requirements are unbalanced between hot water based systems and the standard forced air

That is certainly a well thought out bulletin. Is there a similar one for FA HVAC to compare to?
It is good to see the various hydronic groups come together to develop that guideline.
I know Paul got an earful from contractors at a recent hydronic gathering as far as what is realistic and what is wishful thinking regarding codes and enforcement.
