    Dan, great ideas and great design! It goes to show that customers are willing to pay more for expertise and knowledge! Of the buildings you mentioned, The Mendota is the only one I have not worked in before.

    What price point did this total installation cost?
    What would notify the operator that a control failed it there is a automatic backup??
