heat link manifold problems

in Radiant Heating
i have a heat link in floor heat system that is 12 years old and one of the five zones, the one that runs the most and is farthest away from the boiler doesnt seem to be circulating the same anymore. Just curious if there is some kind of clean out or flushing out of the line that i need to do?
