    I run into Zack on a weekly basis and as I have no desire to spend the rest of life in jail so I have refrained from doing him any bodily harm. Is reading a book so terriable, people like Zack exist and mores the pity. A point in fact , I have just finished a steam consulting report on a hundred and five old single pipe heating system. Zack would be right at home or should I say given the butchery done to this system over the years Zack,s father and his grandfather must have attempted to “ fix” this poor heating system. So a note to all the Zacks out there go back to school, take remedial reading ,and buy Dan’s books and leave these beautiful old systems alone. Merry Xmas Jack
