New Video: Replacing T&P Valve thanks to comments here

I made this video to address a couple of issues. One the valve was leaking after 6 years and second a sharp viewer on HH noticed that I have an extended opening and to check the length of my T&P and it was only 4" which wasn't enough so I got the added benefit of changing it to an 8".
