Need special ball valve for steam, or regular brass ball valve?

I plan to install a ball valve shut off under the 0 to 16 ounce gauge that I am adding to my boiler, and need to know if I can use a regular old brass-bodied 1/4 inch NPT plumbing ball valve or if I need something special for steam applications. Please educate me. Thanks.

Rated for at least 200* if its after the steam syphon. I prefer a teflon seal.0

Most would us a regular ball valve but there are ball valves rated for steam use which is what should be used.
Cheap valve may not have a steam rating0 -
I used these for what you're looking to do (see pic). The pdf sheet shows the pressure and temp ratings. Supplyhouse carries them for short money.0
