Lately my Peerless boiler with Carlin blower "FRD-99" works OK for 2 to 4 days then the circuit breaker on the blower motor kicks out. If I press that red button on the motor and then the red button the primary box the blower starts to work OK again for few days. I replaced the oil filter and the nozzle 2 times. Is it possible the motor is going bad or the oil pump is going bad?
Any help will be appreciated

It is either the motor or the pump but only testing can determine which.0

How can I test this parts correctly? Will i need a pressure gauge or should I feel the motor if it spleens freely?
Thank you

I would check the motor running amps with an amp meter and compare it to the nameplate rating. Is the motor getting too warm to keep your hand on it?
I would take the motor out and spin it over by hand and listen for bad bearings etc. Turn the pump shaft by hand. Some resistance is normal.
Most likely a bad motor, but it could be a pump issue0 -
On my it was the motor. Same exact symptoms.0
