Looking for spec sheet for a Hydrolevel "CGB"450 LWCO

Is this a discontinued control? The one I'm looking at is 10 years old and I'm trying to figure out the Intermittent Level Test sequence/timing whatever and there's nothing with a "B" on the website or in the online catalog.

The B may be a OEM number designation , maybe " Burnham " ?
