Grundfos isolation valves leaking

Have a Grundfos isolation valve that is leaking. I can find the gaskets but the dielectric sleeve also needs to be replaced as it is breaking apart. I can not find a part number for the sleeve itself. Does anyone know if replacements are available and where.
