Buderus GB 142/60 High Efficiency Gas Boiler System Leak Problem

My Buderus GB 142/60 High Efficiency Gas Boiler System was installed in September 2015.
I have an annual maintenance contract. Annual maintenance was performed in 2016, no problems.
Annual maintenance performed in September 2017, no problems. In November 2017 I noticed water on the floor around the gas boiler.
The installation company inspected the system under my maintenance contract and determined the leak is due to five faulty parts; flue gas collector, oval gasket, double nipple, pump seal and three exhaust adapter.
And in order to replace these parts the system must be disassembled, and could take 6 - 8 hrs!!!!
Does anyone know why this problem happened?
I have insisted that a Buderus service representative be present when the replacement work is done to tell me why I should have such a problem after only 2 years in service!
Has anyone else had a similar problem, please let me know?
Thanks for any responses provided.
