I am noticing that the contactor on the aqua stat is clicking once every 30 seconds or sow depending on the boiler temp if the temp is high it doesent do it, but if its 140 to 90 degrees it does, everything else seems to be working fine, when the pump calls it pulls in and the boiler ignited no problem just the clicking as if he pump wants to start.

Is it an older aquastat with the clapper style relay contacts that you can pull in by hand?
The E control will keep that set of contacts closed regardless of boiler temp, as long as there's a heat demand. Even if the burner circuit opens on limit, the clapper relay stays closed to keep the circ running.
The burner (K1) contact is internal.
Make sure there's a good connection at the thermostat and the thermostat wires at TT in the aquastat.
You can try jumping TT in the aquastat to test it. If the relay still chatters, it's the aquastat.
