If the tstat will hide in the boiler room, Emerson 16E09-101 will do a lot. Multi voltage with differential down to 1 degree.
Remote sensor.
Another brand has similar functions, name escapes me at the moment.0 -

I use a lot of Johnson Controls A19 as a basic digital temp control.Serving Northern Maine HVAC & Controls. I burn wood, it smells good!0
