Laars Endurance EBP 110 - burner randomly kicks off

Hello,
It seems like it's become an annual event, where my Laars boiler decides to challenge my patience... especially just before winter hits.
The problem I'm having is most noticeable when there is two simultaneous calls for heat (DHW or radiant). Example, someone is taking a shower while the dish washer is running. Or two zones require heat at the same time. The boiler will fire-up without a problem, but what happens is that the burner will kick off randomly and fire back up a few seconds later. So after a while the boiler flow temperature will struggle to stay at 110-120 degrees, because the burner keeps going on and off. While this is going on, the blower never stops, the burner never fails to re-ignite, no error is shown, and it doesn't lock-out. The problem is still present even when there's only a single call for heat. But it isn't as noticeable because the boiler can still manage to satisfy the request while the burner kicks in and out. I changed the heat exchanger back in June, so I had to refill the system. Could it be air in the system causing this? Although, I haven't had a problem until now. I also started using the radiant heat recently... So maybe some air was/is trapped in the pipes?
Here is a video that may help explain the issue better than I can.

(It mostly starts acting up at the 2 minute mark)
Thanks in advance if anyone can help.
