I have a VXT programmable water feeder, that usually displays numbers but now it shows nothing?

This meter is supposed to show red numbers and about a week ago, it stopped showing them. I'm wondering what the issue is, and if it is a serious one. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Does the display show anything, like LOC or ERR? Is there a loose terminal/wire either on the VXT or the wire at the Low Water Cut-off? You might try to push the reset button (Red button) just be aware that that will reset the display to zero water used.0

If it displays nothing it has lost power or is kaput.New England SteamWorks

There is no sign of any red letters/numbers at all Fred. and NE steamworks. There was no red button for resetting, only the feed switch. NE steamworks- I'm afraid that might be the case, if so, what is the next step.0
