Out goes a 41 year old steel oil boiler with domestic coil and in goes a Lochinvar Noble combi boiler heating and domestic hot water now with natural gas.
House has large cast iron radiators and even on the coldest day / night boiler water supply temp should not be more than 160 degrees F
