    Harvey I have one. Its cool. I have received text messages a few times when the toilet ran excessively. It also let me know when my son was watering the new grass he planted.
    I was a bit bervous in the beginning because i figured the Water Police would visit me and tell me my showers were too long but that hasnt happened.

    I’ve been testing a Flo brand. I’m most concerned about a rupture when I’m out of town. Not sure how to test for that

    The Phyn is great. Like Ray, I receive text alerts when water usage is outside the norm. It has made us more aware of our daily water usage and helps us to be more efficient. You can also shut the water off remotely from the app.
