Replace or repair Taco 329 pressure reducing valve which is leaking?

Should I replace or repair this Taco 329-t3 pressure reducing valve which is leaking. The attached photos show the system configuration and the leak. Questions I have are as follows:
1. the pipe that is vertical and on the far left I assume is has no shut off valve so if I remove the pressure reducing valve won't water from the upper floors come spewing out the disconnected line to the left of the 329.
2. Is this circulating pump positioned correctly and are the two vertical lines off it delivering hot water to the upstairs radiators?
3. Does it look like the Taco 329 can be unscrewed or do I have to reheat and disconnect sweated joints

Replace the PRV. You don't have to sweat any pipes. Inlet side is a union.
Take some pics from farther back in reference to your other questions.0 -
Replace it and while your there tell the customer how wonderful his system would be with isolation shut off valves so the next time you won't have to drain and then refill and bleed the system.0

I will try to post another photo but how hard or tricky is it to drain, refill and bleed a whole house hydronic heating systems?0
