Helo.
I started haveing problems tiht my boiler. It doesnt fire up untill i adjust Pressuretrolup to 3psi. the manometer gauge shows 3psi when cold and when fires up ( after i adjust Pressuretrol) reaches about 6psi and stops. any suggestions

What was the setting on the pressurtrol? Cut in should be .5 psi, differential to setting 1.
Remove the pressurtrol and see if you can blow into the pigtail. It's likely clogged and needs to be cleaned.0 -

Thanks. THe settings on pressurtrolwere 0.5 and 1 on the inside wheel. I removed the pigtail and it was completely clogged. Water couldnt go through. I used copper #12 copper wire, wd40 and and brake cleaner to clean it. Problem solved.0
