I have a tankless water heater that is about 6yrs old and it just started acting up. Sometimes the water temp is about 160deg and burning hot.
There are no codes on the controller. I checked the water inlet and outlet filters, they were spotless. Hard to diagnose without any error codes, it will deliver 160deg water sometimes the. The normal 120 as it shows on the controller other times.
Ideas?
Thanks I am new to the forum
