Radiator Valve Replacement

Hello and thanks for any help you can give me. Sorry for my lack of experience and knowledge about radiators and plumbing. I just moved into an old house built in 1899 that has hot water radiators for heat. Most of them work well but a couple might need valve replacements. Unfortunately, I don't even know what type of valve to look for as a replacement. I've attached a picture of one of the valves. Could someone please help me figure out the type of valve I'm looking at?
For a couple valves, the pipes coming from the floor will warm up when the system is running, but the radiators will stay cold. The handles have broken off of a couple of them. This seems like it might a diverter or monoflo type valve. How can I find a replacement?
thanks

See page 23 (as marked on the paper page) of this booklet. I doubt you'll find these, you'll have better luck repairing them. They are "unique".

They were designed for gravity flow. I wonder how well they will work in a pumped system?0

Noel, that is a great little book!
Statesad, if you have that Heat Generator in the basement be sure no one tips it over.......as the book says it has mercury inside and apparently a fair amount of it.0 -
What Noel said.
These will work fine with pumped flow as long as you don't pump them too fast. Go here for more:

Can u post a picture of the boiler....Hopefully it's piped with a boiler bypass or primary secondary, that's for boiler protection....Cast iron boilers do not like low returning water temps...Anything below the 140 degree range is imminent boiler failure0
