Lochinvar KBN 151 Outlet temp Diff fault

This boiler is about 2 1/2 years old, just started getting fault once or twice a day in domestic hot water making mode, reset the fault and boiler may run for a day or so before locking out again. Checked ohm reading of sensor and they were fine, checked harness and wire connections, also adjusted boiler water temp in domestic mode per Lochinvar, still getting the faults, we are going to replace the sensor next, is there anything else that somebody has seen or done concerning this fault.
