Rinnai R53 Water Heater Leaking

I have a Rinnai R53 Tankless Water Heater that's 11 years old. It has developed a leak, but it still heats just fine after all of these years. The leak, as best I can tell, is coming from the air inlet assembly, (or somewhere there about). I'm thinking it has something to do with the condensation, but I'm not for sure as I have very little knowledge about these water heaters. Can someone advise on this? I've attached a couple of pictures that I'm hoping will help.

While firing, do you see green on the heat exchanger? That and water in the fan assembly is a sign of a cracked HE. If that's the case and you decide to change it, take pics and seperate and label the screws. I use the cardboard from the box and insert the screws like push pins. Been a while since I replaced one but there's something like 87 screws.0
