in Oil Heating
When running perimeter run oil lines in basements is it not ok by the fire dept. to put cement on the new sleeved oil line? In the past this is how we used to always do it.

As far as I know if the line is sleeved cement isn't an issue. BTW no more "MA" oil code. They follow NFPA oil code now (since Jan 2015 I believe)0
