Requirement for H Stamp in Scarsdale

Can anyone tell me if there is a requirement to use a boiler with an H Stamp for a low temp heating system in Scarsdale NY ?
You didn't get what you didn't pay for and it will never be what you thought it would .

Thank you Gennady . Seems that an H Stamp is not required in the single family home in Scarsdale NY as per number 4 in the exceptions . I appreciate your help .You didn't get what you didn't pay for and it will never be what you thought it would .

Best check with the AHJ Rich. Sometimes they make their own rules... I'd call the chief mechanical inspector for his interpretation of the code.
