I've replaced the pilot to a boiler three times in the last year. Does anyone know why it keeps going bad

Replaced the pilot only and nothing else?
I would suspect dirt, have you removed the orifice and checked it?
Maybe an issue every 3 years, but not a problem 3X a year.
Must be something else in the picture that is wrong.0 -
You replaced the pilot three times or a thermocoupler on a standing pilot?0
