Help with Lochinvar Copper Fin II heater

We have two Lochinvar CopperFin II heaters to heat the outdoor pool at our college. One works fine, the other had a problem with the heating modulating valve. After replacing the valve the heater will meet the boiler inlet temperature setpoint and the modulating valve will operate to keep the boiler inlet temperature above 130F. The outlet is nowhere near the outlet high limit. After about two minutes it will shut down and immediately purge and restart. No error codes, no readings near any limits, and seems to be setup exactly like the other heater. Any suggestions?

determine what is causing it to drop off, does it have a flow switch that could be causing occasional outage? Those are notorious for loosing their paddles to high chlorine pool water.
The wiring diagram should show all the controls in the "string". When it drops out find the one that opens and causes the outage.Bob "hot rod" Rohr

May need to inspect the bottom of the heat exchanger to see if its dirty.
