I have a Becket AF burner that is around 30 years old. I just got a new Becket AFG burner that was given to me for free, can I use the AFG burner?

The AF is still a current model. What is the burner being used on?All Steamed Up, Inc.

You say "new". Out of the box new or out of a newer boiler? What's the application? Insertion depth? Burner head? V, L, F?
Higher static pressure on the AFG so adjustments will need to be made along with a smoke test and combustion analysis.0
