Most of the big projects we do are summer projects. Large scale trap and valve changeouts happen during the summer when the heat off and the kids aren't in school. I'm talking universities, public schools.
Winter is for surveying typically and we get more steady stream of orders. Summer is when the wrenches come out.Peter Owens

Side note..
When I got this house there was no line voltage attached to it.. apparently it had some type of an inverter on it. They had heat all throughout sandy.0
