    I just searched the entire house, garage, and shed. No trace of a VCR. It was a nice Mitsubishi and I don't remember throwing it out but I don't remember what I had for dinner last night either.

    I used to have a set of those as well and our office flooding destroying them and my Vcr. I was one of the guys who forgot rewind the tapes when returning them to the rental store.

    Even if you find it, chances are the rubber will be bad from sitting, don't worry about finding one.

    It'll need a new pinch roller, tires, belts etc.
    The tires go on plastic wheels that rub on other wheels.

    I'm so glad those are long gone............

    We used to have one of those fancy cassette tape rewinder. Faster than the VCR rewind and saves ware and tare of the expensive VCR.... please be kind rewind! Lol

    Still got my vcr! I haven't used it in a few years, but as soon as I get rid of it, I will need it. And, I still have a bunch of movies left.
    The AirBnb I was at in Vegas had an all in one stereo setup that had an 8-track in it!!! When was the last time you saw one of those? Now if I can find my cassette deck, I do have some tapes I need to listen to.
