Convert the whole system? Where would i start?

in THE MAIN WALL
Oil fired system heating a 2BR ranch with finished basement approx 1200 Sq feet. Taco circulator making noise, running about 75% Efficient , pressure valve leaks. what is the best way to upgrade the blue dinosour that provides heat and hot water to my home?

    Do you have natural gas available?
    You may have only 2 simple problems that might not justify a complete changeout. Those 2 items don't come with a new boiler and are simply accessories to be added.

    Could be like buying a new car because 2 tires are bad.

    Some pictures of the blue monster would tell us a lot.

    If you can post pics of boiler, near and far, that would help.
    What is supplying your domestic hot water?
    Even the smallest boiler might be oversized, but a 3 section WBV Peerless with a Riello burner offers multiple firing rates.
    A Buderus G115/3 with a Riello, indirect water heater, Buderus 2107 Logamatic boiler control with outdoor reset would be my choice, but that's just me. You know what they say about opinions so get at least 3 estimates, and they won't be apples to apples, so weight your options.
    Then if you want to convert to gas, that's a whole other scene.
