Adolphus, without seeing the job site, I can only guess about what you need. Typically you will need
Flue These will be usually sidewall vented and the vent will be typically stainless steel
Piping You will need new piping to connect the new boiler or water heater to the existing piping. The piping is usually copper or black iron.
Pipe Insulation Insulation needed for the new piping.
Fuel piping This will connect the new boilers to the gas piping
Electrical If the old boiler was an atmospheric burner, the new boiler will be a power burner and usually higher amperage.
Combustion air piping The new condensing boilers will usually have the combustion air directly piped from the outside to the boiler.
