Hello trying to see if anyone can help with this question. i need to replaced the DHW aquastat and found this part https://www.patriot-supply.com/produ...IN_633_900_130

For Use With GOLD / Ultra Plus 30/40/60/80
Includes Knob And Instructions
90°F-160°F Adjustable Range
Does NOT Include Cover Plate

but if i read the lable on the DHW it say's only replace thermostat with cover plate. PN 633-900-102. Anyone know why i cant re use my old top plate cover?

Sure you can. That whole plate the sticker is attached to is the one to which they are referring. You will have to confirm the setting as the label may not line up with the correct temperature, IOW, it may be hotter or cooler than indicated. As you noticed there aren't any actual numbers on there, so confirm with a thermometer at the faucet like you always should.
