Slant Finn Em 10

I just had a Em 10 Slant Fin boiler installed last year - today it's not working. When any zone calls for heat the unit comes on .. shows each element cycling on (4) - but no heat.

I rebooted the system back to factory controls and it began giving an error E 01 on start up. After powering the system down and leaving it over night - the E 01 error is gone on power up - but elements are not heating??

Any ideas what to do next ?
