Hello I would like to know how to drain a Baxi 380 HT boiler so I can do repairs on the heat manifold . Or is there any web sites describing how to do so ? Any info would be helpful .

Reminds me of an old joke....... A guy is walking down the street, and asks a cop, " how do I get to Carnegie Hall"? Cop responds, " Practice son, practice".

On a serious note.....that would depend on how the boiler is plumbed.

I think that is a combi boiler both DHW and heat?

If so there are a bunch of connections on the bottom, no drain valve. The drain valve would need to be piped in when installed. It's possible those valves at the bottom are for draining.
Or they could be to flush the DHW side. If you have a manual, or find one online it should define which connection is which.

Worse case you need to shut of supply and return piping and open one of the unions below the boiler.

Those should be gasketed connections, if you take it apart you may need a new gasket.
