Lasrs ebp 175 no hot water

Hi. I have a lasrs endurance ebp 175
First I have a LO. I change the igniter
Then I have heat but no DHW. I replace the flow switch. Still no hot water. I replace the pump. Water goes from hot to warm to cold in less than 4 minutes. My heat work fine.
