    Sketchy confined space protocol, apparently they knew something was not right. Expansion coupling in the vault ?

    Agreed, very sketchy on the confined space protocol. What repair is going on in the vault with the system live? Damn right he was 10 seconds from dead @Hatterasguy Scared the s&#t out of me when it popped

    I imagine the real issue was not making sure the piping downstream was open and had fully functional and primed traps.

    His definitely lucky to be alive. Plenty of Turner built hospitals in my area. I wander where this was.
