Suddenly my Beckett AF10 (forced air trailer furnace), has melted 2 couplings within 4 days. What is the cause of the apparent overheated couplings ?
Thanks

I'd echo @billtwocase and @Ichmb, something is preventing the unit from properly venting0

It may be venting ok while it is running, maybe not. But you have a backdraft, that's about the only thing that will melt a coupling.
Probably needs cleaning.
@Ichmb mentioned the roof jack which is an excellent suggestion. The trailer units are usually marginal on draft.0 -
I would recommend a post purge also, check for a cracked heat exchanger, roof jack as mentioned, and blower return are places to start, as well as negative pressures from close dryers, bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans, etc0
