Give Viega tech support a call. They have adapters that will allow newer model powerheads to fit the old manifolds (new heads will last longer than any old stock you may find).

Got any pics of the actuator and the manifold?
Alot of actuators from the early days were interchangeable from manufacturers.
The part number is not helping me ring a bell at the moment
