Does it matter in a secondary loop how close the tees are in the supply side that feed different zones?

are we talking about the closely spaced tees for hydraulic separation, or a manifold on the secondary side after hydraulic separation? If the latter, then no it shouldn't matter. If you are talking about closely spaced tees for hydraulic separation, then really just as close as possible, and not more than 12"
