Gas baseboards

Is it expensive to install gas baseboard heaters in an older home? The only heat at the moment is a gas heater in the living room and an electric baseboard next to our bathroom..

    To my knowledge there are no "gas baseboard" heaters. There are gas fired wall furnaces, and gas boilers which heat water which is circulated through fin-tube baseboard. The latter is what I think you are referring to.

    Answer: can be expensive to install, depends on many factors.
