Thermostat set point is 70° and room temp is 70°. Turned Tstat up to 71°, after a minute room temp went to 71°. Raised to 72°, after a minute room temp went to 73°.
Seems like for some reason the Room temp is going up with the set point settings on the Tstat. Room temperatures hasn't change with the 3° increase.Is this a defective tstat or anyway to calibrate it?

    No.
    The actually temperature in the room doesn't change but the reading on the thermostat changes.

    That ain't right @LionA29 . I raise my tstat a degree and I hear it click and the boiler kicks on.

    Mine does that, but it can't satisfy the thermostat in a 1 minute?!
    3° jump and the boiler was running about 3 minutes then it satisfies but the actual room temp still remains the same.
    The chill in the room still remains.

    Not unless the tstat is lying about how much it is overshooting the actual set point (which some of them do). What does a thermometer say, near the tstat?

    What's behind that wall? Did you fill the hole for the wires with insulation?

    @Fred ,
    Yes for that same reason I made sure wall was ceiled and insulated.

    Replaced Tstat with the simplest and it works perfect. No more WiFi and setbacks. Boiler cycles better and temps are way better!
    Thank you @Fred for your time and help.
