Outdoor Duct Wrap & Tape

Hey all,
I have a customer of mine working on a project where some duct will be run up an exterior wall. We were looking for some advice on how to wrap and seal the duct, one of the sections is on a wall that faces major traffic so making it look good is as much of a priority as actually sealing the duct. I am aware of some products for exterior wraps and some tapes that claim to be all weather... we are located in the Northeast, so when I say "all weather" I mean snow, sleet, rain, etc.
Figured I would try this forum for some suggestions, as I have had luck here in the past.
Thanks in advance for the help
