Project - Master Bathroom and Powder Room.

This is a Coop Apartment Building located in the heart of White Plains, New York on Martine Avenue.

Master bathroom will be completely gutted. This will be handled by someone else. The existing fixtures ( Toilet, Sink, and Tub ) will be replaced. In addition, the Tub will be converted to shower only. The location of the plumbing will remain the same.

Powder Room will be updated as well. Fixtures (Toilet, and Sink) will be replaced. The location of the plumbing will remain the same.

We will supply all Plumbing fixtures.

Must be a licensed plumber and registered in Westchester County.

Access to the building for renovations is limited to Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30 PM. No access to the building during the Weekends and Holidays.
