What kind of pipe? (the red tube)
PEX is my first thought but it does not really look like PEX.
It is on a hot water heating system branch piping off the main black steel. 1-/4" maybe.

99% sure its PEX... Prob. pex B.... A no-name brand.0

Definitely looks like pex. The real question is this: What is in the pipe?
