Just tried to register my last Knight KHN boiler with the ConXus add-on and I got an error message: Unable To Register Device. After speaking to Lochinvar tech. support and giving them the ConXus circuit board DNS serial number, they said that my circuit board was not registered with the cloud. They said the only way to rectify the situation was to order a replacement ConXus.

Well, I never.................
8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

    Did you order the boiler with the board already installed or was the board ordered later? I have no useful advice to offer, just curious, seems like it would be an easy fix on their end.....

    Contact Brody Miller at the factory, and if any one can help, it would be him. He helped me resolve some non connect issues, and now I can see what the last three boilers I installed are doing, from anywhere in the world, including the one at my home in the mountains.

    I have had a lot of conxus problems too just got a replacement board today we will see

    I ordered the ConXus with the boiler, but they arrived separately because the boiler was stocked locally and the board came from the factory.

    Thanks for the contact at Lochinvar, Mark. It may come in handy.

    That's hardcore. If I dropped suppliers and manufacturers at every problem encountered, I'd have nowhere to shop. Everyone screws up; what counts is how they handle the problem. They have a reputation at stake and in today's Internet-based world, you don't last long if you don't clean up your problems.

    If it were me, I would have overnighted it to you at the company's expense. We've had companies do that for us, which is why we favor them. Maybe I'm in the wrong part of the business..............

    I have had nothing but excellent support and response both from Lochinvar and my local sales rep. While I have had a few problems with Lochinvars over the years, I have not had anything that would make me want to switch brands. Certainly nothing that I haven't had with any other brand I've installed. All problems have been dealt with swiftly and expertly. That's what I care about.

    I believe the Lochinvar tech contact name is Cody Miller. (I am trying to figure out how to connect the same conxus through a new wireless connection. Not clear. No interface I can find in the app for this kind of issue.)
