pex piping radiant heat exterior dock

in THE MAIN WALL
We are doing an exterior concrete loading dock. We wanted to do a reverse return radiant heat pex piping system the dock is 78' x 12' is it feasible.

    Now if you provide some more info, others will provide some more info.
    Got a sketch with full dimensions/elevations?
    Can it be insulated underneath and edges?
    What zip code (for design temps)
    For snowmelt I assume...
    What design do you want-snow melt, or all the way up to drying, like a heli-pad at a hospital?
    I don't know why you say 'reverse return', are you attaching this to an existing system or will this attach to a new boiler.
    Glycol, heat exchanger....lots of details.
